The Principal has a combined total legal practice experience of nearly 30 years, partly, as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales, and, as a Barrister and Solicitor of a Commonwealth jurisdiction.  We can as a result of the length and depth of professional experience satisfy the tailored needs both of our private and corporate clients.

We are specialists in our chosen areas of practice.  Our clients are assured of sympathetic ears to their concerns or interests.  We put always our clients’ interests first and foremost; it is our practice to keep clients informed of the progress of their cases, and to offer the best advice possible in every situation.

Bonaventure Oti, LLM, MPhil, Solicitor

Bonaventure qualified as a solicitor in 2004, and since then has developed a diverse range of experiences, having worked in both the public and private sectors.

He founded Freemanns Solicitors in 2019, and his current areas of practice include property law, litigation and commercial law

He has a keen interest in legal research, and completed work at the University of Manchester in 2016 on the topic Corporations and the Public Interest: an Institutional Perspective on the Corporate Purpose Question.

His research continues in the areas of corporate governance, corporate and economic ethics and social responsibility, and he lectures part time.
